For the 2006 model line-up, 100% wood-free construction, fiberglass floors with snap-in carpet, and walk-thru transom are all hallmark features. Caravelle's 100% Wood-Free technology protects your boat from the elements making a more durable, longer-lasting, lower maintenance boat. Starting with a sturdy all fiberglass stringer system. Closed-cell foam is then injected into and between each stringer for support, safety and sound dampening. In the transoms we use high-density Coosa composite panels for rock-solid strength and longevity. Our unitized fiberglass floor, an integral part of the deck, produces a more rigid foundation than seperate components. This design creates superior strength and reduces flexing. The stringer system, transom, and unitized floor are then bonded together to create the Power Grid System, the ultimate in total strength. As a result all new MerCruiser powered Caravelle Powerboats will come standard with a two-year Mercury limited engine warranty. The Installation Quality Certification program is the boating industry's only manufacturer installation certification program and is designed to improve product quality and enhance consumer satisfaction. Caravelle met 29 imperatives for design, manufacturing and installation to become certified. Upon certification, We can promote our boats as Mercury Installation Quality Certified. This certification assures buyers Caravelle Powerboats are built to the highest standards. It's an approach that benefits everyone - especially Caravelle Powerboat owners.
